Another VERY BAD business to bring your car for service. Brought in a station wagon and a 21 $ coupon from the internet and they want to charge an extra 15 $ as an SUV. Did not argue long when I pointed out registration say its an "SW" for "station wagon". My wagon passed the emission test but failed the functional, "Car not ready for OBD system check." Owner claimed "Check engine light" on but its a lie. Its a FISHY" business practice when owner see the 21 $ coupon which does not allow him to charge 60 $. Will contact Better Business Bureau and Smog head quarter in Sacramento to file complaint. There's no ZERO star rating but 1 star reward for VERY BAD BUSINESS practice, that's not right.
