Provided by YPmobileWishing my family and I had a better holiday experience, trying to visit family in TJ but instead we spent most of our day in their crumby office space for 4 hours !! We got 3 tickets sold to us around 12:00am got there at 1:00 for our 3:15 ride and then got delayed around 3:30!Time is something money can't buy and for this company to make money off of us like objects is unacceptable! not everyone has the chance to make these trips daily so it's frustrating. My aunt demanded a refund they unwilling did so. I also tried calling Fabiola, the supervisor and was nowhere to be found. No phone calls were picked up by her staff or myself. Very very upsetting and frustrating. I prefer greyhound, they will actually take initiative in finding customer solutions!

Provided by YP.comOK so let me just give this a step-by-step process all people interested in going directly to the Tijuana airport from the LA area. I thought the whole process was alright so I am giving it literally "tres strellas de oro"
Tres Estrellas de Oro is abbreviated as TEO. The bus starts in Huntington Park. The stops are as follows:
- Anaheim Swap Meet (entrance is through some small doors on the side, not the main entrances which are closed during non-operating hours).
- San Ysidro
- Centro de Tijuana (here you must get off and transfer to another bus if you want to go to the Centro de Tijuana).
- Aeropuerto de Tijuana
The bus on my trip was late to the Anaheim Swap Meet. It was supposed to leave Huntington Park at 7 and leave Anaheim at 9. The whole trip was delayed an hour. Ticket was 33 dollars (Anaheim to Tijuana Airport). People on the bus were mostly older Mexicans. I was on the only gavacho on the bus, but I know how to speak and understand Spanish. It is important to understand Spanish on this bus ride, as important announcements were only made in Spanish and it would be bad to miss any. When the bus stopped at San Ysidro, a good majority of the passengers were under the impression that we had to get off the bus to transfer to another shuttle which would take us to the Tijuana Airport. This ended up NOT being the case. I stayed on the bus, it took us over the border, and dropped us off at the Tijuana airport. Border crossing took about 45 minutes, if you are in a hurry I would recommend getting off the bus, walking across the border, and taking a cab to the airport. Make sure to CLARIFY WITH THE BUS DRIVER WHETHER OR NOT YOU MUST GET OFF AT SAN YSIDRO TO ARRIVE TO THE TIJUANA AIRPORT.
Bus was clean, scenery was super nice along the coast, I have no complaints. In terms of making a flight at the Tijuana airport, I would recommend the following guidelines:
- Departing from Huntington Park: depart 6 hours prior to flight departure
-Departing from Anaheim: depart 5 hours prior to flight departure

Provided by YP.comWorst service ever! I had a flight from Tijuana at 8:30am and so i took the earliest bus that left the station. that bus left at 5 am and it took the bus driver over three hours to get to the airport. This caused me to lose my flight plus have to pay for a new flight making my trip twice as expensive. Next time i will just use Greyhound since they actually care about getting their customers to their destinations on time. I will never use this service or recommend it ever again.

Provided by YP.comThe only reason I use this bus is because it goes directly from Santa Ana, to the San Isidro border without making any stops. And so, it is very convinient. However the one thing I've noticed is that most of their drivers refuse to obey trafic laws!. I have reported to the sales agents at the S.A. counter that the drivers use their cell phones while they are driving a bus full of people and sadly I see nothing done about it! I am Mexican myself and a driver for more than 30 years. And yes, I am asheimed when my poeple not only don't respect the laws of this country, but they also don't seem to respect the lives of their own people. I am also asheimed of the pasangers that are not willing to speak up! even when their lives could be in danger. What is wrong with you people? have we forgoten about the metrolik accident years back when two trains colided because the (hispanic) conductor was busy on his cell phone!.....a lot of inocent people died! Didn't we learned anything?
I have politely confronted a couple of drivers on two diferent ocacions when they were using their cell phones "if they knew that it's against the law to use a cell phone while they're driving". One said that yes he was aware that it is the law, and imediately put it down. The most recent driver I asked him the same thing. He responded very rude to me and we had a few words, told me that "I am nobody to tell him what to do etc, etc. Seeing the attitude of these irresponsible and unprofecional people I now decided to take action and make it known to the appropiate departments.

Provided by YP.comYou not only have the experience of riding on an "autobus" mexicano but you get the crappy service too. Expect for the phone to ring for 20 minutes, experience very rude service (and I am a Spanish-speaker mind you) once the phone is answered, and get incorrect rates since they don't ask what service you need. All I needed was the stinky smell of Fabuloso and sewer to get that exotic/frightening central camionera feel.
