They don't check the product eventhough the mail send me that my item was their. The postal employee talked as boss, he acted like I don't know anything

Worst interaction I've ever had with a Postal Employee. She behaved like she was irritated that I wound up in front of her. Very rude.

I would give them a 0 but I have to select at least 1 star. I put in an order for a mailbox key they told me 2-3 business days. A month later still no key then they tell me it's not they're mailbox anyway. "Hart" the guy there is extremely rude doesn't update me or give me any options to how to get my mail during the process, I get there every week only to hear "no key, try again" he once told me he's done with me. Jerk! We're paying for their jobs and they treat us like they're helping us out of charity.

this place sucks---- I was expecting a package so I tracked it-- it was out for delivery on both 9-13 and 9-14 and they never showed. There's no excuse for such sloppy service. The place is a real dive too. It's dirty and looks more like a junk yard than a Post Office.
