Cynthia Carmona the manager of this park, has violated many of the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1954. She seems either very ignorant of the laws governing landlords and tennants or she willfully ignores/disregards them. She also seems to take pleasure in harrassing hispanic tennants who are living in this Country legally and with proper documentation. In a recent trip to the park I noticed dog feces on the streets everywhere and the common areas of the park in deplorable conditions. My recommendation is that you find another park with a manager who actually lives in the park and conducts herself in a professional and responsible manner and abides by the law.
