I love CompuWest. Great customer service, and I mean GREAT. They really actually CARE about you. They give you deals, they don't try and up-sell you (but still give offer expert advice). They call you when it's ready, they call you with any questions so that you can be confident that you are in control of what is being done the whole time. DO NOT waste your time and money by taking your machine to a chain shop, where more often than not, they just ship it out to some center, and who knows when you get it back, or how much it will cost, or who all saw all your private information. Take it to CompuWest instead, and leave a happy customer that will come back again and again, just like I did, as well as all my friends that I know that went there.
