This salon gives fabulous service and makes everyone coming through the door look and feel better when done! It offers an uplifting atmosphere and Jason, the owner, does wonders with color. High quality products are available for sale, fun to browse and buy. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Jason at Cowboys and Angels since before he took over managing it, and I think he's the best. He is always extremely friendly and talkative, spends a long time getting my hair just right, and always leaves me with a hair cut better than I would have imagined. I don't live in Santa Barbara anymore, so I've tried a few times to find local salons, but they never give me quite the right cut. I keep ending up driving all the way back to Santa Barbara just to get my hair cut by Jason! I absolutely recommend this place.

THE OWNER WOULD ALWAYS BE IN A VERY BAD MOOD. DEPENDING ON HIS MOOD, THAT'S HOW HE'D DO YOUR HAIR. ALSO, THE ATMOSPHERE THERE WAS VERY CREEPY. NOT ONE WOULD TALK TO YOU. I THOUGHT SALONS WERE MADE TO GOSSIP AND TALK AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. BUT I WAS WRONG. I DO NOT recommend THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
