The Dubin learning center was established in santa Barbara in 1979 by the current owners. Deidre & Barry Dubin. They have partnered with schools and parents to helped thousands of students reach their POTENTIAL. BARRY Dubin was a master teacher AT the world renowned FROSTIG center in PADSADENA. Deidre Dubin has MET the rigorous standards for board certification by the association of educational therapists. SHE is the current study group leader of the ASSOCIATION. THEY have trained teachers. Psychologists. And SET UP educational centers internationally.
