Kemble is an excellent tax attorney whom I would give my highest recommendation. He helped me out of some serious back tax problems with the Franchise Tax Board and the IRS (I'm an MD). Kemble is part attorney,part miracle worker! I had serious IRS problems...Back taxes,penalties and a possible criminal violation!
