OH MY GOODNESS. There were so many pigeons you wouldn't believe it. They used to have wires across the walls but they look like they have been clipped or just worn out and are no longer. The place needs a major remodel. It is dirty and grungy and the servers are wearing old faded and stained t-shirts. I know it's not their fault for sure!!! Go there for a quick drink on the upper level and you are probably ok. The windows have this dirty film on them too. I have never written a review so take my word for it, don't go here if you are a local or guest from out of town. PLEASE!
