This place is to be avoided ... The worst manicure I have ever had. Sitting here typing this eight hours after my so-called manicure my nails are still tacky and the finish is pitted and not at all shiny. I agreed to a $15 manicure which started well, but halfway through I was swapped to another manicurist. She was short-sighted and constantly had to correct the varnishing around my nails. I think she finished my manicure with the wrong top coat which should harden and protect ... But it didn't. I gave them $20, and was immediately asked how much change I wanted. I asked for $2 change, but it never arrived. I know I should have pursued but it seemed mean - but I wish I had. Not even worth $2, let alone $20. Go elsewhere - this is a very unprofessional outfit and I am sorry I ever walked in.

If you like your nails to look fabulous and you are into perfection, this is your place. I have been going here since it opened and find all the employees friendly and qualified. I have had pedicures, manicures and silk wraps. Each procedure has been done to perfection. This establishment is super clean, beautifully decorated and relaxing. Although I make an appointment, most people are walk-ins. It has many tables and eight spa chairs as well as many employees. It is the best place in Santa Barbara for nails and waxing and the prices are very reasonable.
