Provided by YP.comI'm a licensed interior designer and I have been inspired for new theme ideas just cruising this mall. I never leave empty handed. Lots of true antiques, excellent furniture, and a wide array of collectibles and just plain neat stuff. American and South American Indian treasures abound! I don't know how they can price things so low, but why ask why. It's my first stop and I'm always thrilled with what I pick up there. (I stage houses for real estate brokers, also). There's nothing else like it in Santa Barbara County -- and I drive from Ventura once a week to stock my warehouse.

Provided by YP.comIt is now the end of 2008. I'm not sure when, but this mall changed hands and is a little more organized than it was a couple of years ago. It's right by a bustop, which is unfortunate, kind of hidden, but if Old Town Goleta ever renovates this will be the go-to mall in the county! The diversity is so fun, every time I go in there I see new things! Well, you know what I mean...new (old) things. The people are as nice and friendly as ever and I have been able to haggle a little and that's part of the fun. I actually find what I need at a better price than just going to thrift stores or garage sales. I just bop in, tell the staff what I'm looking for (if anything in particular) and they are able to point me in the right direction. Truly, some of my favorite all-time things have come from that mall. Until now, I've wanted to keep it to myself, but now with Christmas coming and the economy so down, it's only proper to do a good deed and lead fellow mall rats to one of the happiest places on earth.

Provided by YP.comGoleta Antiques Mall is not for cheap student furniture, despite it's close proximity to UCSB. There are plenty of thrift stores and a K-Mart for that. Goleta Antiques Mall is crammed full of antiques, unique collectibles, and quality vintage/antique furniture -- with, I might add -- unusually low prices.
It's not a junk store or indoor swapmeet designed for a four-year transient (aka college student) looking to furnish thier dorm room. However, any students who enjoy investing a tad more to own firner things that will last them a life-time, will be very pleased with the mid-century art deco offerings, outrageous vintage jewelry, lamps, art, mirrors, and shoes and clothing of this sprawling store.
