Ralphs, at this location, has a long standing problem of thawed ice cream being put back in the freezers when customers take it, but decide not 2 purchase it. Some customers, rather than put it back in the freezer, just lv it wherever it is convenient. Some store employees, tho well intentioned, then improperly put it back in the freezers.This happens frequently. The last go around, I became ill from an ice cream that had been left out so long it had spoiled.

Store manager, Tom. denies any Ralph's employees would do that, " They would be fired if they did". Strong words. Action would be better, namely educating new hires proper food handling procedures.
