CONCEPT & PLANNING; Our firm assists clients with small to large Residential & mid size Commercial architectural design, documentation, interiors and landscape design with emphasis on sustainability, water conservation, energy efficiency, and preservation of buildings and materials. CONSULTING: We provide research and synthesis of information prior to design, assist with decoration, wall color selection, space planning, room arrangement, reuse or repurposing of furnishings, selection of lighting, countertops and floorings. REMODELING: We offer planning and sketching for residential bathrooms and kitchens, restaurant or retail space renovations, labor assistance with wall paper removal, interior wall framing, and painting. DEMOLITION: We demo or deconstruct interior walls, closets and cabinets, salvaging materials to reuse on site or to a recycling facility. LANDSCAPE: Design, selection and installation of plantings and irrigation systems. Rain water harvesting, gray water for irrigation, water conservation, ponds, bio swales, xeriscapes. CONSTRUCTION: our associate licensed builders take our planning concepts and bring them to fruition. OTHER SERVICES: drafting, permitting and processing of documentation, design and construction management, rendering, 3D modeling, client advocacy and representation.
