Buyer beware. When the birthday flowers and candy I ordered online were delivered, they failed to deliver the candy. This was $19.99 extra. The first clerk I spoke to on the phone offered a $9.99 credit. No apology. Just half the credit due. Then a second clerk took the line and when I told her how peeved I was (and it was not just about the missing candy, but the cavalier attitude void of any sincere regret for having messed up my order - or any explanation as to how it happened) the clerk responded to me "There are a lot more serious things to get upset about than a missing box of chocolates." Indeed. Well, good news for me - there are a lot more professional florists in the area who want to keep customers and not lose them. I work too hard for my money and when I turn to a florist for a gift to someone of importance in my life, I expect it to be handled with respect. The owner of this shop should really pay attention to the messaging the employees are serving up.

For many years we have used San Roque Florist and always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, service, and beautiful flowers.
