Take Me is a specialized transportation service for any person unable to transport themselves due to disability or mobility issues. We will meet patients transportation needs by providing supportive transportation services that will assist and support clients with traveling to an appointment and back home. Take Me is committed to helping clients meet their transportation needs that are essential to daily living. There is more to non-emergency transportation management than getting from point A to point B - reliability is a given at Take Me.
