When looking for 24hr. care of my mother-in-law, 1Plus1 was suggested. This company was a great DISAPPOINTMENT...customer service is non-existent, bookkeeping atrocious. We gave the 1Plus1 case manager detailed information about the situation (she was extremely against in home care). Within the first week, the caregiver notified us she was going on vacation in two weeks and someone else would be replacing her. The company knew but neglected to tell us. This was very upsetting to all of us. The day of the switch, the two caregivers got into a FIGHT! And if that wasn't enough, by the end of the first week after the switch, we received a call from 1Plus1 advising us that they were discontinuing care THE NEXT DAY. The pregnant caregiver was unable to lift and the manager lied saying she had told us to get a lift.



Finding care for an elderly parent is a very difficult task but dealing with a such an unprofessional company made it far worst. Don't waste your time.
