They ruined multiple items of mine and wouldn't own up to it. I went there for over a year spending in excess of $30/week and complained about only a few items in that time span. They denied they did it even though the items were completely fine the last time they were worn the week before. A business that valued customer service would have at least offered a credit to offset the damage, but no instead the owner got hot under the collar. Enough said, I took my business somewhere else. I've never experienced such stubborness from someone in the service business. I've been to several dry cleaners in the last 30 years and they would at least work with me when damage was done to a garment. UNBELIEVABLE!
