I got the best deal at this location over the long weekend of july 4th and that was awesome. but there aren't many cars available in the class I have booked. I was offered a free upgrade to premium from full size due to that and it took all the time I have for lunch

We needed a ride home since we will leave our car in a repair shop. The shop called Enterprise and in a few minute some one was there to bring us to the rental office. At the office, the lady who assisted us was very helpful. It was a rental thru our insurance company. Tho our insurance did not made a reservation, we thought then that we will not need a rental so did not ask, the lady offered to make arrangement with our insurer and proceeded to process our rental. She gave us a nice car which we enjoyed the week we used it. On our return they drove us back to the repair shop to pick up our car. All in all I can say that I had a no hassle and delightful experience with Enterprise. The drivers, both ways, and the lady who assisted us were very friendly and courteous.
