Many senior citizens face leaving their personal possessions, social contracts and even their homes behind, because basic needs such as transportation, light housekeeping, handyman services, assistance with shopping and errands, yard upkeep and companionship are not available to them. Heart of the Valley helps them to remain independent in their own homes through volunteer services. HOV helps volunteers discover a variety of ways in which to put skills, time and interests to work.
