We had a window from our storm door that had a broken latch so we couldn't push it up or down. It is old and they were going to look for a part. Couldn't find one and managed to fix it on their own. Works fine and didn't charge us anything.

I called 6 places to get the hardware on a couple casement window placed. I was told by 6 different window business that if the window are not, "Anderson Windows" they would not touch it. When I called Mission Glass and Screen, they said no problem. They charged for an estimate which gave me credit later when the job was completed. They replaced the hardware, and never tried to upsale the job. That's what I was worried about. Instead, the job for the 2 windows cost under $250. If I would have had to replace the windows, being the stucco and windows, I am sure the job would have been over $3,000. Thanks Mission Glass and Screen for your honesty and great service.
