happy with my service. Daniel the foreman assisting me moved so fast that

Provided by YP.comI was very careful with my communication with this company and no matter how I tried, what you see is NOT what you get.
I was told that they only use their own trucks and direct employees. Not true. No idea how many times my belongings were moved/stored, but they were delivered by a private contract driver/truck-- with damage.
Forced packing at pick-up with extra charges and outright lies from the sales person. Will report to the BBB.
Total scam.
Every customer know as soon as he book with MTF that items that go into our trucks need to be packed by boxes or moving blankets that MTF provide. When we showed up nothing was packed, the Forman did a walked around the house and explain to the customer before starting to work the charges and gave the customer an option to re-schedule The customer approves the packing price and decided to go ahead with the move. Delivery with MTF done with our trucks and vendors like every moving company. MTF relocate more then 150 families in and out from the Bay area.

Provided by YP.comLowballed bid - overcharged after move. Don't return phone calls, owner cannot be reached. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am embarrased I was taken in.

Provided by YP.comI was quoted a low price and was told that it was locked in. Now that my things are almost here, they want me to pay twice what was first quoted. I've already paid over 1200. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. How do I resolve this so I get my things and don't have to pay all this extra money?
This customer provide us a wrong list of items , Our movers came to the house And load twice number of items. The Forman gave the customer a new estimate Before they start to work and every thing was clear between the customer and The movers. We have all the proper paper work and the customer signatures on all the forms.

Provided by YP.comI moved 4 times around the bay area MTF was the best service that I got so far.
The movers packed our 4 Brm house one day and moved us on the next day.
The forman Ozzi was great.
I will use them again.......

Provided by YP.comThey lowballed their bid to draw us in, and then wanted to be paid in cash. Once they had our stuff, they were very rude and unhelpful, and wouldn't return our phone calls. Twice they gave us bogus arrival dates, but didn't call when their plans changed. Some mover reviewers have blacklisted them.
