I recently went to this place for the first time. Initially I really liked the facility and the overall set up. But when it came to check out, the entire experience was enough to make me not want to go back though. The way Dennis charges customers for time used struck a negative cord with me; it's a rip off that plays out in his favor. He charges in 30 minutes increments (which was not made clear when I got there). I did not appreciate finding out about this billing practice until after it was time for me to leave. Apparently the five minutes I went over the hour was enough justification for charging me for a full 30 minutes. Pit Row charges $35.00 per hour. Since I went over 5 minutes past the hour, this was justification for charging me an extra $20.00.



I previously have gone to Lifted Inc. over in Fremont a few times. I never had an issue with those guys charged me because it was based on what I actually used. Pit Row basically gets to pocket extra money from it's customers for time they didn't use. The only exception is if you stopped at exactly an hour, if you are 1 minute over, and now your getting charged for 1.5 hours.



I'd be more inclined to recommend Lifted Inc, over Pit Row. Lifted doesn't inflate my bill with time I did not get to use.
