Provided by YP.comI take my 2012 Porsche 911 to them to get serviced. Ron Sakai is my service advisor and is he excellent. Will recommend this place to anyone who owns a Porsche.

Provided by YP.comPoor Customer aftersales experince
Purchased a “CPO” Porsche Panemera Turbo in April 2014, Car arrived in May. Found some further issues and have tried to resolve by explain my concerns to the Sales Manager Kip, he spoke to my wife and said he would look into our concerns, we followed up with an email and then no response, we called and sent a few more emails and received a “we can’t help you” email. I escalated to the General manager Richard Levinsohn. Unfortunately Mr. Levinsohn refuses to talk via a phone call and has provided the same response via email. His email also stated that they have a sales event this weekend. Be careful with the poor after sales care from these guys. I am a very disappointed customer and concerned about my purchase of a “CPO” certified car from the dealership, scary experience from such a large Penske Dealership.

Provided by YP.comI took my car in to Porsche of Stevens Creek for service and it caught fire while it was in their care. They tell me that they are not responsible. The GM apologized for agreeing to work on my car. They never offered me a car to drive while we sorted this all out. They and their insurance have refused to work with me directly. They refused to replace my car or give me the market value for it. They are not cooperating with my insurance. To top it off, they called me to say they will pursue collections on the alleged services they provided right before the car caught fire. They did however give me a video of the car burning on their lot which I will post to YouTube shortly if you would like to check it out.
In my opinion, the measure of a company isn't in the sale of a car but in the service one receives after purchasing the car. I believe they should have done everything in their power to make me feel better about my experience with them after my car was destroyed; instead it seems, they have chosen to do nothing. I would think a company with the Porsche name would take care of their customers in a way worthy of the brand.
