These men were perfect! I especially appreciated the care and time they put into ensuring that the things were taken apart and put back together in the proper way and making sure things were moved in a way were nothing was damaged. Good stuff.

I called the first six companies I found online. Each place I called they made me feel rushed and gave me high quotes. I felt very frustrated until I called San Francisco movers and spoke with them. They made me feel very confident with my choice. On the day of the move, everything ran very smoothly. They packed all my belonging into boxes, padded my T.V's and loaded everything very quickly. When it came time to unload, the movers set up my entertainment system, hung my wife’s paintings and set up our bed. I highly recommend San Francisco moving.

These guys were amazing. They were nice, courteous and fast. They were the best movers at San Francisco area I have ever hired. Highly suggest San Francisco movers.

This was my first time ever using a moving company. From all the stories I was a bit nervous, received a lot of quotes and tried to ask all the right questions. I chose Spartan cause they had a very competitive quote and were patient with all my questions. My move was long distance across states (CA to CO) and I chose to pack myself (except 2 TV, which they packed). My initial quote was around $1145 and final cost was $1603. Pretty good for moving across the country.



Here is the good and not so good of my experience with Spartan:



GOOD:

- The answering/quote staff (while seeming young) was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

- Quote was competitive

- My weight came in under 2000lbs and instead of making me pay a higher rate they charged me for exactly 2000lbs which was cheaper than if charged accurately

- Picked up the day I requested and pick up was fast, efficient and friendly

- Storage rates were great!

- Delivered in timely manor from when I requested. Delivery team was fast, efficient, and friendly AND earlier than estimated!

- Everything arrived as it had left.

NOT SO GOOD:

- Reserved 4-5 wks prior to move, but they were unable to come survey my apartment for the 1st appointment was 6-8 wks out.

- They were not clear on all the packing material required. Everything is required to be wrapped in plastic or taped, which are additional costs. Nothing was specified prior to the moving day.

- Charged for an extra month of storage. Called on the 4th of the month to receive my items. Their billing cycle begins on the 28th. Since it was a week after the billing cycle I was charged for a full month. No slack was given.

The crew were great for the move. Even to helping me set up the furniture in my new place. They were super fast, fairly priced and careful with all my stuff. hanks guys!

The guys were just simply fantastic. They move my stuff at ease, didnt waste time. Gave me an estimate of how long the job was going to take and they finished sooner than expected so I paid less. Im a very happy camper, teriffic.
