I came to visit friends here from out of state. I drove all the way from Michigan, 2600 miles, only to have my car towed when I got here. The entrance I came in from had no signs posting that cars without permits would be towed. CVC 22658a, the section of the law that allows them to tow cars, states that all entrances have to have these signs in order for the complex to be legally allowed to tow cars. Even after being told that the manager refused to pay for the tow for me. She stubbornly refused and when I told her I came through a gated back entrance she called me a liar. I had to show her pictures of the gate just to get her to believe that it even existed.



I would suggest staying away from this complex if you ever plan on having people visit you, there cars WILL get towed and the manager will not help you in the slightest.
