I just moved out of my moms house and I got my own apartment in Santa Clarita I had to buy all my furniture for my new apartment, so yesterday Saturday August 25, 2018 I came to this store hoping to buy everything, however when I walked in the sales associates just looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. They didn’t say hi, they didn’t ask if I needed help with anything. I walked around looking at furniture and waited for someone to eventually come ask me if I needed help, still nothing, some associates were with guest, but not all of them were. A family came in a short time after me and they were immediately greeted and asked what they were looking for. Perhaps because I’m only 22 years old I didn’t look like I was going to buy anything? I used to work sales and we were trained to never judge people and treat everyone the same, apparently at this store they were never taught that. I went next door to a Royal Suite home furnishing and I bought everything there instead because I was actually greeted and treated like a customer there.

Our experience at this location was off the charts! Even tho were were just looking, Sherri McIIvaine a sales associate, took her time & asked what we were looking for sure we understood all of our options. A couple weeks later when we were in the position to start purchasing we called her to make an appt to buy from her. Sherri actually came into work an hour earlier to accommodate our schedule. We ended up purchasing the bedroom set & we will be coming back to purchase the rest of the items we need. Our experience with Sherrie was exceptional & provided the type of service I wish I could experience at every establishment. Thank you Sherrie for your exceptional service & we will be back!

Great design choices. Customize options. Great customer service. Ontime delivery. A bit pricey but they also have great financing option.

I love their Contemporary designs. They have beautiful and affordable home furnishings, accessories and home décor.

They have great selection of furniture. I think they are little overpriced though . 3 stars for that
