I love Panera food, but this l...

I love Panera food, but this location is the pits! Weekend morning staff is awful. They will argue with you to take your plates, employees are rude, and none of them know how to smile at a customer. Once my children and I waited at the counter to place an order for more than 10 minutes (no line) and not one employee said a word to us. Several just walked past us. We left and spent a year without comming back. Good food, poor management!
