Infested of cocorouches, noisy and unfriendly people, lot of criminal activity around here check the crime map website and you will know what I'm talking about,people smoke weed in the laundry room all the time, last year my car got broken in and they stole my neighbors car a week before that happened. We asked for a HWA emergency meeting and they did not give a f***about it, they promised a lot of actions and things just got worse, even the laundry machine has been broken in a the coins were stole last year, we are 2 blocks from the famous Jake's way street(THE MOST DANGEROUS STREET IN THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA) . Cameras are older than me and doest work, people come from the mobile home to use the pool jumping the gates like they are in their own house. Someone stole 3 Amazon packages on my door and after I installed a camera on my own cost, the HOA gave me 24 hrs to remove it or I would get a fee.
