Manager stole money from my purse! I went there on 12/19 (a couple of days before

Christmas) with my family to eat. My wife forgot her purse. We went back and when they gave

it back to us,

$1000 that was supposed to be used for my kids' Christmas gifts, were gone!

The manager just gave me a written list of the items in the purse?? Since when are you allowed to go through customer's personal belongings??? She definitely did so to cover herself in case they find her fingerprints inside the purse. She also opened an envelope that was in my

purse probably thinking there was more money inside

And I know she opened it because she wrote exactly what was in, in her list.

Opening someone's mail is another felony!!

We called the police and they reviewed the surveillance tape but all they saw was the manager coming to the table, taking my purse and going in the back with it. The rest of the

footage was gone.They hire thiefs that steal shamelessly on Christmas. Wendy's

didn't even apologize or looked into this matter( I mailed them a certified letter)

.I never went back here since or in any other Wendy's because of this. This

was truly a disgusting experience and a business where MANAGERS literally put their

hands in customer's purses and steal money is unacceptable! I have never set a foot in any of the Wendy's restaurant since!

I uploaded the picture of the list where they wrote contents of the purse.It's signed by their

manager Catalina Ledesna and another worker, Gonzales. I will also upload police report

once I obtain it from police department.
