I began my journey with Chinese Medicine in 2001 in Flagstaff, Arizona while studying qigong and the internal martial arts; Taijiquan, Xingyiquan, and Baguaquan with Dr. Miranda Warburton and the North American Tang Shou Tao. After training for three years and personally experiencing the transformative and profound healing effects of the internal martial arts combined with Acupuncture, Tuina, and Craniosacral therapy, it became clear that I wanted to devote my life to helping others heal with Chinese medicine.
