That's what she does she goes out and posts good reviews to try to overshadow the bad ones- over half of the wonderful reviews for her business on VBRO are ones that she posted on the behalf of "customers". Do your research like previous reviews stated.

My mom and I have unsuccessfully tried to book a house that we stayed at last year "The Light House Villa" and luckily we dealt with the owners last year and had a wonderful experience.How unfortunate that they have hired an incompetent broker to rent their property.

I came here and had an amazing stay. I came for a business trip and I slept liked a queen the rooms were so comfortable.

I loved my stay here it was amazing and very comfortable, They did an amazing job in the front desk. They answered all my question while being very polite. The rooms were extremely comfortable and I got the rest that I needed. Thank you for my beautiful stay.

I thought this place was great and they helped me find the perfect beach house where I can take my pets with me. i don't leave them by themselves anytime of the day so I am glad that they helped me find the best place where I can bring them for the best price!

The service here was amazing a 5 Star the rooms were big and comfortable. Divine service overall!

We looked to agreatplacetostay.net for our vacation and the whole family had a blast. I would highly recommend looking here first for a family vacation spot.

"AGreatPlaceToStay.Net" A day before our supposed arrival (11/9/11) for a great family reunion/husbands 60th birthday, they canceled on us! Although we had secured and made full payment, a month in advance,for one of the vacation home they advertise. A great place to stay for 3 nights for $3600.00, with guest list that included people coming from out of state and far distances! Panic Attack was how I felt, and the disbelief in how a vacation rental agency can be so unprofessional and irresponsible as an entity. According to their rental agreement, they would forfeit your deposit, if the situation was reversed and the renter had to cancels they would make you pay at least one night stay to the owner of the property. Although we got our deposit back, but the owner, Judith Buck, arrogantly, was not willing to consider any type of compensation for all the hardship her agency has caused us.

Please read all the reviews before committing to a rental agreement, the contract only provides legal coverage for "agreatplacetostay" and not the renter, the owner has no people skill, confrontational, irresponsible and arrogant.

Stay away from this company.

We were late in calling for the summer, but took a chance and called aGreatPlaceToStay.net. What a nice surprise. Got a very friendly lady at 6:45pm on a Tuesday, who told us she was with a network of friends and she had been to all the homes and had their prices and availability. Within in minutes she had found a fun and clean place call Bucks Beach Bungalow, complete with a large hot tub that had amazing jets, a foosball table for the two boys, an assortment of bicycles for my 17 yr old daughter to ride down to Capitola, a large stainless steel BBQ for Dad to cook up a freshly caught salmon and a wonderful shiatsu massage chair for me! Just a half block to the first of three beaches that were all pet friendly so the dog had a ball too! She also showed us how to find a large number of free events and activities that were happening during our stay!! Just couldn't have asked for better! We'll be back soon.

My 10th anniversary snuck up on me and I called after 6pm on a Friday night and told them my wishlist for a perfect Anniversary weekend. The reservation agent totally when to bat for me and came up with 3-options complete with Hot Tub, near the beach and best of all, pet friendly so we could bring our dog! To top it off, when we arrived a few hours later, there was a boquet of fresh flowers and wishes for a wonderful celebration! This company is the Best!! Jim and Andrea Winters, Walnut Creek CA.

We needed to find a set of vacation rentals for a large (55 guests) corporate meeting. This company found us 7-vacation homes all within a 3-block walk of each other and the beach, plus a very large Manor to host meetings. The cost of the lodging was less than $128 per person for the two day weekend. Great bargain and very helpful staff.
