Allterra Solar rocks!
They were outstanding from day one. Their customer focus and attention to detail is a model by which all other service companies can learn from. I was hounded by "another" Solar company for quite some time. It seemed like all they were interested in was the sale and not what that would mean specifically for us. We were repeatedly bombarded with cold calls and emails for months about "when did we want to get started".
Not so with Allterra. When Josh came out, he sat for a couple hours with us and explained everything we asked him about. He followed up once and then left the decision in our hands. No hard sell and no pressure.
And the customer service did not end with Josh. Everyone at Allterra was excellent during the entire process. The engineer, installers, project manager, final inspection guys and even Alyssa in the office are all at the top of their game! Very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. When I call Allterra, I feel like I'm talking to a family member.
I have no regrets with my decision to go with Allterra, and don't hesitate at all to recommend them if you are considering going Solar.
