Had a great experience buying a car here, owner Joe was awesome and gave us a good deal. Nick was super helpful and a pleasure to work with! If your looking to pay cash for a clean, nice used car under $10k, this is the place to go!

We bought a BMW 330XI little over 3 months ago.

The car ran well for one month only. Since then, the car has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. Seems like every part of the car from the trunk to the front grill is broken. The car hasn't even run for over a month and we have put in over $1000 into the car so far and now have taken it to a 4th mechanic. the car has been jumped 3 times and now towed 3 times because it won't hold a charge and the computer is not working correctly to give an answer. I called Joe 1 1/2 weeks ago and he told me that he would come out last Monday to look at it. Didn't show. Called him again, he said he would be out on Tuesday...didn't show again. Same thing happened on Wednesday. Finally we towed the car to him, hoping to get something done. After getting the car, both Joe and the mechanic Tim Joe blamed the car's problems on the prior mechanic and the computer would not work because we jumped it. Tim told me that he got the car started because it was I broken ignition coil. Car would still not hold a charge and the computer was still bad. Finally, this Monday, my wife and I asked Joe if we could get another car, we didn't want to have anything more to do with this car. This sent both Joe and Tim through the roof and I told him that I had contacted the District Attorney's Office and an official with Department of Motor Vehicles. Both told me to try to work it out with the seller first. That's what I did, and they became furious when I mentioned who I talked to. At that point, they wanted me to pick the car up immediately and Tim told me that he would take the part (ignition coil) he put in on Saturday. I told him, go ahead. An hour later, my wife and I met the tow truck driver at Beach Auto. At this time, Tim, handed me a $64.99 receipt for the ignition coil and wanted his money immediately. I tried to ignore him and go about getting the hell out of there. I had absolutely no intention of paying. After bothering me for the 4th time, I told him, "you told me that you were going to pull it out immediately" he told me that he would do it" I told him, "go ahead" I don't care. He never did, and we pulled it on the flat bed then onto the next designation. This was the absolute worst experience that my wife and I have ever had.
