Where do I start? Incredible service. Not only did the technician do what I asked (install a new SSD drive and backup my old drive), he went beyond that installing all the drivers and updates, creating a backup disk image, and giving me instructions for what I needed to do to update the image once I finished re-installing all the applications I needed. Finally, I arrived to pickup my computer and found that the employee from Computer Zone gave it a thorough cleaning removing all the accumulated dust and grime. Will be coming back any time I have computer needs.

Ordered a battery that doesn't work with my computer. Replaced it with yet another incompatible battery. Policy won't allow a refund event though they have failed to provide a working battery. Rude owner. DON"T GO HERE EVER!

Had a wonderful experience here; brought in my wifes ipad and my own laptop; had both of them fixed like new. Turn-around time was fast and the service was great! I've recommended it to a lot of friends who were looking to save money by fixing their electronics!

My computer was completely full and ready to crash. I found Computer Zone in the yellow pages. I went in and they were so helpful, patiently explaining all my options.

I ended up opting for a larger hard drive.
