If you have been injured by a dangerous or defective product or vehicle, we can help you to obtain a recovery. We help you to prepare wills and living trusts. If a loved one has passed away, we help you to handle his or her estate. If you are not being treated fairly by the person administering an estate, we can help. We represent employees and others who have been sexually harassed, as well as people who have been discriminated against at work. We have special knowledge of aviation matters. We handle complex matters involving aviation accidents and crashes. We also represent pilots who have been cited for violation of Federal Aviation Regulations. We will explain the law to you in terms you can understand, and we will represent you in your business dealings with others. Our fees are reasonable and will be fully explained to you before we take your case. Some initial consultations are free of charge in cases involving personal injuries. In other matters, we charge a reduced fee for the first one-half hour consultation. In most cases involving injuries, we will represent you for a share of your eventual recovery, provided you have a good case. In all cases, we will provide a written retainer agreement that explains what we will do and how your fees will be calculated.
