My go to is Huevos Rancheros. That's all I go here for. It is a reminder when La Mats was around in Watsonville - now a bakery.

It's fast service, for me at least. I like their salsa a-lot, they serve with chips I always get 2nd's on that too. Hold me for a good 6 hours- sticks to your ribs! It's a great breakfast!
