They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was even forced to call local police department and have an office to get the glasses for me because they were tried to keep them and won't give me credit for there value. This happen due to the Doctor's and office personal's negligence on not providing my 8 year old boy with the correct glasses prescription. They supplied my son whit glasses that were designed for an adult and refused to take care of this matter, they words were "This is what your son is going to get and take them" They will not replace the frames even was their mistake.
