Did true-that go to the same place I did? Not sure what happened to them to make them say that stuff. I got introduced to Smile Dental care through a Groupon last year. I just went in for a second time and they seemed to be very caring and knowledgeable. I'm an older individual whose had a lot of dentist visits over my lifetime … I thought this was one of the better experiences I've ever had.

I bought Good Times this week and I found an ad for a Dental Plan with Smile Dental Care. The prices sounded almost too good to be true, I called & the receptionist explained both plans. They even offered to explain it to me in person, before my first appointment. My first appointment was so smooth and easy. They were willing to work with my schedule which really helped. I have never had such a thoroughly explained exam, giving me all the options for what I need to have done. I've been to dentists before where I feel like I am not part of the decision, so this was great. Really nice office, hi-tech, Dr. was so knowledgable, great front desk people, The Dr. is super gentle. Overall, one of the best experience in a dental office I've ever had.

This is a ridiculous "business". Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This is a 3rd rate operation with absolutely no customer service and cheesy certificates on the walls. Rude receptionists and absolutely NO CLASS! Stay Away!
