I started a small coffee shop about a year ago. I bought a "demo" machine at Pacific Espresso and from what the sales manager said it had only been used in their show room. When the guy came to install it he left it leaking on my new counter and ruined it. Then at least once a month there was a different person coming to fix it. Finally I decided to have another company fix it and when they opened up the boiler it looked as if it was found in a junkyard and sold to me. The only good thing about the company was my coffee orders were always correct. Finally i forced them to remove the machine, let me out of my contract and i was never paid for the counter that was ruined. It was blamed on my staff not using the machine correctly even after the training session given to them by Pacific Espresso.
