I've been going to Rick's Auto Shop since 1992 for maintenance on both family Subaru cars. I started going to Rick because my '87 Subaru had a problem that stumped 2 other local mechanics. When I saw that Rick specialized in Subaru's I decided to give him a try and he figured out what was wrong almost instantly. Rick and his family(aka his staff) are easy going, not intimidating, willing to go the extra mile, and always willing to help where they can.I've never felt I was being over charged for any thing at Rick's, his prices are low especially for the high quality of work. Pick-up and drop-off's are quick and easy no matter what your schedule, and there are special payment option available if you can only pick your car up at odd hours. The customer service is amazing and very personal, my daughter couldn't believe the receptionist was able to remember her name and recognize her voice over the phone after only 2 calls at least 4 months apart.
