Customer service was great. I love supporting local bike shops wherever we ride in the US and overseas.

Honest about why things cost what they do but eager to help out with tips and got us on our way. Some things seemed expensive but really not when we took into consideration the genuine quality parts we needed. We also bought some after market components at super low prices.

You can't beat the personalized support and experience.

I drove an hour and a half to have get a fitting in Dec. 2009. Wade Hall at Spokesman Bicycles talked to me and took measurements for close to an hour before he put me on my bike on a trainer. During that time he had me stretch and he took careful range of motion measurements. He also took great care to ask about what kind of rider I am and what my goals are.



He took a bike I had ridden 20 Centuries and 1 Double Century on and turned it into a machine that fits me and my riding style like a custom.



I have bone on bone arthritis in my left knee and a pronounced angular distortion of that leg below the knee. Wade corrected things all over the bike to adjust it to my unique challenges. He also listened to my desire to ride in the drops a lot for aerodynamics and maximum power since I am a big guy. He set my bike up to fit me and my style to a "T".



For Wade there is no such thing as a generic fit or preconceived notion of what a fit should look like. He is the best, bar none.



I have ridden 1500 miles since the fitting. So far in 2010 I have completed 3 Centuries on it. The real achievement was yesterday when I completed the Solvang Double Century in a personal best time. At the end of 200 miles I felt so fresh and relaxed with no sore spots or aches and pains at all. So much better than after my first Double before Wade worked his magic on my bike.



Need a fit, go see Wade. You will never be disappointed and you will not believe how good your bike can feel. Plus they floor a great inventory of bikes, clothing and accessories. The mechanics are very friendly too.
