One of the best locations in Santa Cruz. The remodel is gorgeous and the management is very professional! The community is a must see for renters and great investment for owners.

Swan Lake just condoized in 2007 and is now selling condos individually. This is the best location in Santa Cruz short of beach-front property, which obviously costs 4x as much. It borders the 94-acre Twin Lakes State Park and it's less than a 5-minute walk to Twin Lakes Beach. Barry Swenson Builder did a major renovation and the place looks like new construction. Definitely SC property to get in on while it's available.
