My past experience has always been stellar service. In a reasonable time and a fair price. They do good work band never a need to return to fix the same thing, unless I’m the one that screws it up

I usually only write reviews if I love the place or if I hate it. In this case, it's the former.



I *love* User-Friendly because, well, it's just that-- user friendly!! I'm a big tech moron, which would normally be very disadvantageous for someone who works at home on her computer all day.



But the slightest problem, I can call up Matt or Kevin at User Friendly and more often than not, they just fix my problem over the phone. If it's something more complicated, I just drop my computer off, go surfing or shopping or whatever, and come back (often the same day) and it's all good to go! Plus, I love the fact that it's a small, local, personal business.



User Friendly, you're so nice! Please don't ever go away!

Treated Poorly

I am a small business owner in Aptos who for the past four years have been using UFC on a as needed bases. In the past I would have rated them as a 3 1/2 stars. However recently I had them come out to my home to make a few adjustments to my personal computer and was not happy. A week after Andrew had come out I was experiencing some problems. They came back to fix it. I was given a bill which I did not think fair 'cause the problems were from the work they had done. I was put on the phone with the owner who I am quoting now told me to "F off" and that he would sue me if I did not pay. I have never been told to "F" off by a business owner...have you? I will let you decide.

Knowledgeable, expedient and nice!

My past experiences with "computer people" have left me feeling condescended to and ripped off. This was NOT the case with User-Friendly Computing-- They talked to me like I was a real person, not a moron, and I did not feel like I was ripped off. I will definitely go back, not just for the good computer work but also for the experience of being spoken to with respect and decency.
