Trust these reviews and take your business elsewhere.... Went in about two weeks ago to purchase a led bar and a tv for my truck spent close too 2k, my sales guy was Chris who happens to be very knowledgeable in his area of expertise.... My problem was when i got my Iteams shipped in Chris called me told me to go in so I can get them installed the very next day I went In ( mind you I live in southern Colorado close too 3 hours from here ). This is where hell broke loose and customer service went out the window I pull up this guy named miked asked what I needed I told him about the led bar and Tv and his exact response was "idk you didn't talk to me about it maybe you should talk to they guy who sold it too you " i was in disbelief on what I was hearing he then called or txt Chris to see what I had ordered then he says ok leave me your keys and we will see when we can get to it... I was like are you kidding me ? Like how about a hour or three or an answer like that ... Nope he continued it could be at six pm or maybe not even today with a real snobby selfish attitude toward me mind you this is going on in front of my wife and young daughter who were just disgusted in how this man was treating us like he was doing us a favor.... At this point I just told the guy you know what I would just like my money back I don't actually need this its just a luxury ...the guy didn't even blink he said well the only thing you can do is talk to Chris when he gets back and you guys can work something out ... Seriously I left glad to have my bar and tv but I had trouble right off the bat with the led bar wind was coming in thru the window and just recently it rained and my seats and electrical got damaged .... I called again this time asking to speak with a manager and guess who the manager was MIKE I cannot believe that's the face of the guy representing that company ... And here we go again I told him about the trouble with the led bar no help. Chris is nice so is the installers

I love my escort and my car alarm and especially my remote starter. It is really great on cold mornings after Sadhana. Everything I have gotten here has been perfect. Once a year in June I drive up and down 31-mile road 10 days in a row for our Summer Solstice. The bumpy dirt road is hard on everything in your car. I go in to get my wires adjusted and they always do everything for free. I like Audio Express very much.

This business needs to be shut down. Do not take your vehicle here. I brought my vehicle in and told Martinez I had a loose wire that needed to be fixed, again. I had previously brought my vehicle in twice where the guys fixed it temporarily. I told 'Foodie' the wiring issue, and he said he'd look at it. Half an hour later I come back to find he pulled out my stereo and that he wanted to sell me a stereo. I asked him 'Does my stereo work?' he said yes. I said 'Does my amplifier and crossover work?' he said yes. Im argueing with him about how everything works and he's trying to sell me a stereo, when I brought my truck in for wiring issues! I told him I like the sound, just when I go over speed bumps or my bumpy dirt road I loose connection. I didnt stutter and thats exactly what I told him when I brought my truck in. He said then he was going to charge me $50 dollars for labor and Im like what for, you didnt do what I asked you too. So then he's like "oh well, ill pull out the seats', like it was a threat, and I said 'don't do anything else becuase who knows what the hell you're going to do and how much Im going to have to pay.' I call him later and ask exactly what happened cause you just ripped me off $50 bucks, and he said for me to come back in and he'll take out my seats or put the $50 to a new stereo. After getting home and reading further reviews, Ill never step foot in this place again and will relay my bad experience to anyone I know needing stereo service in Santa Fe.

Wish I could rate a Zero...Audio Express is nothing but a rip-off...I took my car in today on July 8th 2013, to check out my system that I had purchased from them to see why it was not working and they checked it and tried to make me buy a new amp. They said that I had blown it and that I needed to buy a new amp, well I'm glad I didn't fall for their BS, turns out that I just had a blown fuse...SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CONS, THEY LIE AND THEIR JUST TRYING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY.

So I went here to order a navigation and alarm system. The navigation I could install myself but since they said if I added the warrenty on the alarm they would do it for One Dollar! So I figured that would save me two hrs in the heat and went for it. I spent about $2200. I got my truck back, which I keep imaculate, and found a cpl problems. I looked at the navigation antenna and thought hmmm, if I did this install I would place this in the corner and so I moved it two inches, and sure enough I find a nice deep scratch that the installer hid with the antenna. Then I started looking over the truck in detail. The windshield was cracked in that very same corner. And my dash bezel was scratched. I was furrious. I went there and told the guy whom I dint know was the owner that the installer scratched my truck and cracked my windshield. He said that we dint take inventory of the trucks condition. I said are you even going to look at it. So the installer fessed up and said, maybe I did it. Long enough story short, they had me take it to a shop which originally said there's no fixing it that it needs to be repainted. Then after knowing it was for a business friend, just put filler in and buffed it. You can still see the scratch through the job. They said the windshield was a rock chip and wouldn't pay for it. They took money off the upgrade for my alarm which goes off about 6 times a day for nothing because they half a*?ed it. So, DON'T get your install done here. Buy there and pay bestbuy if you don't want your car messed up, or do it urself. Santa Fe shop also said they aren't apart of the franchise, which also means they don't always go by the deals online. I've heard from 3 others this same bad service problem.
