These guys did an amazing job servicing my GMC SUV today on time and on budget. I found them to be knowledgeable, honest and professional. My car is purring like a kitten and I am so grateful to have found B & G. They are also a AAA approved shop and that makes them extra special.

The purchase of a used 350 motor for $2,037.00 from Fred was and still is to this day the biggest mistake ever. I found the motor harness stuffed with bare wires between the body and motor mounts of the vehicle. The transmission detent cable was not adjusted correctly, and upon driving away it broke. Instead of replacing the cable they rigged it with a screw clamp which never shifts the transmission into overdrive on the freeway which resulted in a fried up transmission. Also the re-built rochester carb for $124.00, the choke levers were bent in the direction of wide open throttle, going out of control at high speed, must turn off ignition before slamming into someone on the road. DO NOT HAVE THESE GUYS REPLACE ANY MOTORS FOR WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE. Also they took over two months to return the truck back to me, and when it did the engine smoked out cars behind me a Mcdonalds only to drive straight to their shop for the truck took another month to complete. A TOTAL DISASTER, which the bad wiring job fried my blinkers as well. Now I am having problems selling the vehicle since they never did there job correctly. Fred costed me quality green dollars for a crappy running 350 motor which now has to be removed.

Fantastic service and a very professional staff. Fred and his crew are first rate. you can shop around in Santa Fe and will find more expensive and less quality work, but B&G is by far the best.



Do yourself a favor and have B&G take care of your car. I promise you will not regret it.
