does not accept Medicare; _very_ thorough intake and exam; alternative methods; fragrance-free facility (but fellow patients may not come fragrance-free). I was very impressed by Dr. A. Hart's very thorough intake in which she discussed each item on a very long history form, and discussed in some depth some of my conditions. She also performed a physical exam. Unfortunately, most of the strategies she proposed for me are not suitable for me due to conflicting allergies, etc. After a couple visits, her office quit taking Medicare, so I could no longer afford to continue with her. But I think she would be an excellent doctor for most people seeking alternatives.
