I utilize my experience, training and personal process of recovery to support my clients achieve their goals and enjoy the benefits of recovery. I have helped clients restore their lives and to experience real freedom and happiness in sobriety. Addiction is a disease that affects the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of those that suffer and my aim is to support and facilitate my client's restoration to health and well being. What I bring to the therapeutic relationship is my experience, observations and knowledge about addiction, relapse and the recovery process. My approach to therapy and counseling is based on Transpersonal and Relational therapy qualities of empathic listening, safety and support of my clients. I also utilize Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral models of therapy to help my clients be successful in achieving their goals. Call for Details about the: Recovery Support Group $20 - $30 per session Support group for individuals in early recovery. The purpose is to help people improve their interpersonal relationships and communication skills in a safe supportive environment.
