Over the past 7 years, we hired different recommended specialists to get our heated floors to work consistently. Right after our builder went bankrupt, we had heating problems. We paid to replace the boiler ignition, electronics panel, copper piping, and thermostats in all rooms. But we still had one room overheat, and often came home to a dead boiler. This winter we finally got a troubleshooter who did not give up. Enchantment got everything working smoothly, and explained every detail of the fixes so we understand why prior fixes did not work. We appreciated this owner keeping in touch with text and email to make sure we still operate fine. So we highly recommend this company, especially in Santa Fe where finding a smart and dependable troubleshooter can be challenging.

Needed air conditioning for a small casita. Leroy worked with me to come up with the exact right system for our needs then installed it right on schedule and for a reasonable price. I am impressed with the quality of the installation, the quality of the equipment installed and most of all with the system's performance. It is exactly what we needed. Very professional,timely and provided quality products. The owners were very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions. They replaced 2 old furnaces and installed central air,and a new tankless water heater. Leroy and Joe are the best! I would recommend this company to anyone! Very professional, prompt and most importantly honest. The company that I called first said that my furnace could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion. Enchantment Refrigeration not only fixed my furnace but gave me a free carbon monoxide test to be certain that my childern and I would be safe with our old furnace. They assured me that if it was unsafe they would have, by law, had to red tag it and turn it off for my families safety. I recommend them highly.
