I called ahead of time and told what papers I needed. I came in from out of town and do not have proof of my physical address as I was issued a pobox since no physical mail delivery. I was turned down due to not having proof of physical address, even though I've lived there for 22 yrs with same pobox address.
DON'T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME!

Very disappointed with the service at Fast Bucks! Sadly I had no choice but to do a payday loan and the jerks keep charging my account before payment is due. They have overdrawn my account three times because they take payment early. It has been 1 month and they still haven't reimbursed me $35 for the first overdraft fee. They keep apologizing and say it won't happen again, but it's happened 4 times since then. People who take payday loans are already stressing out financially and to have to deal with this on top of it all is ridiculous. Worst payday loan service in Santa Fe.
