I had great results with the FIT program. I lost 40 pounds and over 25 inches in 4 months. I feel wonderful. In addition to weight loss, eliminating gluten eliminated some joint pains I was experiencing. Dieting is not easy, but thus does work if you stick to eat. After a month or so, I realized this way of eating has to be my lifestyle. Now I don't crave the bad stuff much. Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.
